Key Responsibilities
System Support Maintenance:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, and other IT equipment.
Install, Manage and troubleshoot Linux/Ubuntu and Windows systems.
Diagnose and resolve CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, PSU, monitor, and other hardware issues.
Perform hardware and software upgrades to improve system performance, functionality, and security.
Install security updates, patches, antivirus/endpoint protection, and perform system hardening.
Assist with IT infrastructure deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security operations.
CCTV Infrastructure Setup Maintenance:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP cameras, CCTV, NVRs, and DVRs.
Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording, RTSP, remote access, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot biometric attendance devices and their network connectivity.
Asset Purchase Inventory Management:
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, networking, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT services along with price negotiation.
Maintain IT assets,



infrastructure documentation, configurations, and technical records.
Network Setup Maintenance:
Configure and maintain pfSense firewall, routers, switches, VLANs, and network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network connectivity.
Set up and maintain remote-access and site-to-site VPNs.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of System setup, Hardware configuration, OS installation troubleshooting.
Valuable hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
Solid knowledge of Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing Switching.
Hands-on experience with pfSense firewall, routers, and switches.
Positive knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu and Windows administration.
Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and biometric devices.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
