Job Title: Manager

Department: Bank Finance

Location: BKC, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Team Lead-FP&A;

Role Overview : The FP&A; qualified will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making across the Banking verticals. The role demands solid analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.

Collaborate with business units to align financial targets with strategic goals.

Provide variance analysis and insights on business performance.

Support long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.

Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards.





Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and regulators.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Solid command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools will be advantage

Qualifications

CA (with max 2 attempts)

Fresher or upto 12 years of experience in FP&A;, preferably in banking or financial services.
