Role & responsibilities
You will interact with doctors and expectant parents, explain stem cell banking services and packages, counsel customers, follow up on enquiries and help convert interested leads into bookings.
The role also includes building relationships with doctors, generating referrals, maintaining customer follow-ups, achieving sales targets and coordinating with internal teams for a smooth customer experience.
In short, it is a customer-facing sales & counselling role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating, convincing and building relationships.
