Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing client relationships and promoting the company's security and facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
Generate new business leads through field visits, references, networking, calling and other marketing activities.
Meet prospective clients and understand their security, housekeeping, facility management and manpower requirements.
Prepare and deliver company presentations and service proposals to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.




Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
Coordinate with the Operations team for site surveys, manpower requirements and service-related proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals and other required business documents in coordination with management.
Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry to closure.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
Participate in client meetings, tenders, exhibitions, networking events and other business development activities.
Ensure qualified communication and timely follow-up with clients.
