Job Responsibilities
Assist in mechanical assembly and installation of machines and equipment.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and layouts.
Perform fitting, drilling, grinding, cutting, and other basic mechanical activities.
Assist senior technicians and engineers in machine assembly and testing.
Handle hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
Support fabrication and mechanical maintenance activities when required.
Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of basic mechanical issues.
Willing to work on shop-floor activities and learn current technical skills.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a team.
Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation/commissioning, if required.
Eligibility
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) – Freshers.
