Job Summary- We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Menu Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare food items as per prescribed recipes and SOPs.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Store and handle ingredients correctly.
Coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.
Report stock shortages or operational issues. Requirements
Experience in food preparation (restaurant, cloud kitchen, or QSR).
Ability to follow SOPs accurately.
Basic communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude
