Manage a team of sales specialists to achieve business targets through affordable loan against property (ALAP) and lap loans.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
Build solid relationships with connectors, prime lenders, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The candidate must have experience in field marketing, connector onboarding, and lead generation.
Candidate will visit connectors like Tax Consultant, Property Dealers, CA explain requirements onboard them officially and will generate leads from them.
