Support the execution of bank-wide transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Enable effective program governance, stakeholder coordination, and perks tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustained impact.
N
Support development of program charters, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with strategic priorities.
N
Assist in defining KPIs, value drivers, and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
N
Track program budgets, utilization, and cost-advantage alignment.
N
Identify and manage risks/issues, escalations, and trade-offs;

drive timely leadershipdecisions to unblock delivery.

Track outcomes and benefits (financial and non-financial) via KPI dashboards, value trees, and benefits realization reviews.
N




Support preparation of business cases and benefits realization frameworks.
N
Ensure transformation initiatives improve customer experience, TAT, and service quality.
N
Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams.
N
Support senior leadership with dashboards, reports, and progress updates.
N
Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and reporting standards.
N
Drive structured program management practices (RAID logs, trackers, governance decks).
N

5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or transformation roles
N
Exposure to program management or strategic initiatives preferred
N

nEducational Qualification:

Essential: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institution with specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Banking
N
Preferred: Additional qualified qualifications such as CFA, CA, or equivalent
