Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced MICE Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate events, including meetings, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and clients while maintaining high-quality standards and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end operations of MICE projects – from brief to execution.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists.
Conduct recce visits and finalise venues and logistics.
Coordinate travel, stay, F&B;, AV, technical, production, and event collaterals.
Oversee registrations, guest management, and on-ground event flow.
Client Servicing & Communication
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
Present operational plans, share timely updates, and manage approvals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle onsite escalations smoothly.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Identify and finalize reliable vendors for logistics, AV, etc.
Negotiate contracts and maintain cost control.
Supervise vendor execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Budgeting & Reporting




Prepare and manage event budgets ensuring profitability.
Maintain expense trackers and support invoicing with required documentation.
Create post-event reports and analysis for internal and client use.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Supervise internal operations team members and freelancers.
Allocate responsibilities, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Collaborate with creative, production, and client servicing teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event tech platforms.
