Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage the VKYC operations team to ensure smooth execution of daily video verification activities.
•Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit standards throughout the VKYC process.
•Implement and monitor quality control frameworks to prevent fraud, detect discrepancies, and maintain data accuracy.
•Provide direction and support to the team in handling escalations, complex cases, and customer queries.
•Collaborate with compliance, technology, and operations teams to integrate regulatory changes, system upgrades, and process improvements.
•Monitor and report operational performance metrics (TAT, success rates, error rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) to senior management.
•Drive automation, digital adoption, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
•Conduct regular training and development programs to strengthen team expertise in compliance, systems, and customer interaction.
•Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures for continuous improvement.
•Uphold the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and customer service in all VKYC activities.
Eligibility Criteria
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in managing Video KYC operations within Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech organizations.

•Solid leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in handling customer interactions over video calls with professionalism.
•In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML guidelines and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
•High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance-driven settings.
•Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage operations within strict timelines
