Core Responsibilities
Unified Strategy: Align digital marketing performance (digital outreach, clinician portals) with ground-level field sales execution.
Field Leadership: Mentor, monitor, and scale our field sales team to drive consultative, ethical doctor engagements.
KOL Engagement: Cultivate long-term, high-trust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and institutional buyers.
Market Intelligence: Leverage field metrics and digital analytics to optimize territory coverage and ROI.

Who We Are Looking For
Dual-Track Experience: 5 years in pharma commercial roles with proven success in both field sales management and digital marketing execution.
Execution Mindset:



Hands-on leader capable of building territory strategies and coaching field executives in real time.
Analytical Discipline: Robust command of territory metrics, digital performance indicators, and campaign ROI.
