Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret biological and genomic datasets using bioinformatics tools.
Perform sequence analysis, protein structure analysis, and molecular annotation.
Use databases such as NCBI, UniProt, PDB, and related biological resources.
Perform protein purification, quantification, and biochemical assays.
Assist with enzyme kinetics, proteinprotein interactions, and molecular characterization.
Apply computational approaches to study proteins, genes, and biological pathways.
Perform statistical analysis and visualize biological data.
Maintain accurate experimental and computational records.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and scientific documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involving biologists, biochemists, and computational scientists.

Required Skills
Solid foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics .




Knowledge of bioinformatics databases and sequence-analysis tools.
Basic proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
Familiarity with BLAST, sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, and protein structure tools.
Understanding of protein purification and biochemical assays.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with molecular docking and molecular dynamics.
Knowledge of NGS data analysis.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix settings.
Experience with structural bioinformatics or computational drug discovery.
Research experience, publications, or academic projects in bioinformatics/biochemistry.
