Escalate complex issues to L3/OEM/specialist teams with proper technical details.
Participate in incident bridges and provide technical updates.
Follow ITIL-based incident, problem and change management processes.

Provide L2 support for Windows Server settings.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows Servers.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
Monitor server CPU, memory, disk, filesystem and overall performance.
Perform OS patching, security updates and vulnerability remediation.
Troubleshoot server boot issues, service failures, performance issues and filesystem problems.
Manage Windows services and system configurations.
Support server provisioning, migration, decommissioning and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot server hardware issues such as disk, RAID, NIC and HBA in coordination with OEM/vendor teams.
Support VMware/Hyper-V environments.
Coordinate backup and restore activities and troubleshoot backup-related issues.
Perform basic database/server monitoring as required.




Maintain infrastructure documentation and configuration records.
Provide L2 support for LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing, DNS and DHCP issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity between servers, storage, applications and network devices.
Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, link failures and connectivity issues.
Monitor network devices and interfaces using monitoring tools.
Support VPN, NAT and network connectivity troubleshooting.
Coordinate with ISP, OEM, network and security teams for complex issues.
Support planned network changes and infrastructure maintenance activities.
