We are hiring a proactive, driven Field Sales & Outreach Executive to lead our senior college partnership initiatives. Your primary focus will be visiting senior colleges across the region, building relationships with department heads and career cells, and generating student leads.

Key Responsibilities
Campus Outreach: Conduct regular field visits to senior colleges, institutes, and universities across Pune and surrounding regions.
Lead Generation: Pitch Srajan’s International Study Tours and educational programs to college students through classroom presentations, info sessions, and desk setups.
Institutional Tie-Ups: Connect with Principals, HODs, and Placement/Cultural Heads to secure permissions for seminars, workshops, and promotional drives.
Student Counseling: Engage directly with interested students, explain tour itineraries, value additions, and career advantages, and capture qualified inquiries.
Relationship Management:



Maintain warm relationships with college authorities and student coordinators to ensure recurring participation in future study tours and events.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain daily field logs, capture accurate lead data, and systematically follow up to drive final registrations.

Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, college outreach, or educational travel/study abroad consulting.
Skills: Robust presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Marathi.
Attributes: Comfortable with daily local travel, self-motivated, and confident speaking in front of large student groups.
Network: Prior connections with senior colleges and degree institutes in Pune/Maharashtra is a robust advantage.
