Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Evaluate, select, and oversee specialized transport contractors, crane rental agencies, and freight forwarders, ensuring adherence to quality and safety metrics.
Risk Management & Mitigation: Perform lift studies, risk assessments (RAMS), and contingency planning for high-risk heavy lifting and transport operations.
Resource & Cost Optimization:



Streamline logistics workflows, manage equipment utilization, and negotiate service-level agreements to control operational expenditure without compromising safety.
Technical Expertise:
