Job Title — Frontend Developer (Angular)
Location: India / Remote
Work Hours: 40 hrs/week (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM EST) – EST availability is mandatory
Compensation: Open — commensurate with experience
Team: Peer Consulting Resources — Product Development
Reports to Systems Architecture Lead / India Team Lead
About the Role:
You'll build the screens teachers, students, and administrators actually use — course creation, test-taking,
dashboards, and an always-available AI learning assistant woven through the platform. MVP is text-first (photo/video
deferred), so early focus is clean, responsive, role-aware UI over a REST backend.
What You'll Do
• Build components, services, and routing for three role-based portals (admin, teacher, student)
• Consume REST APIs and manage state cleanly (RxJS)
• Implement responsive layouts that hold up across devices
• Build the persistent AI-assistant interface pattern (available platform-wide, not a separate walled-off tab)
• Collaborate with design and backend on API contracts
Nice-to-Have:
• Accessibility (WCAG basics)
• Multi-language / RTL support (Arabic) — relevant given the client's MEA footprint
• Tailwind or a comparable utility CSS approach
• Design-system thinking (component reuse, token-based styling)
Entry-Level / Intern Bar
• Solid HTML/CSS/JS
• Working knowledge of one component framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
Note: RTL/Arabic support is not yet confirmed as in scope but is a live possibility given the client's MEA footprint — treat as a solid plus, not a requirement.
