About the Role

ETechDreams is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Sales Expert who can take ownership of marketing and sales growth for our tech SaaS product as well as contribute to the growth of our IT Sales business . We are looking for someone who has experience in taking a product/business to market, generating leads, converting customers, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for SaaS product .
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions.
Build and manage the sales pipeline for ETechDreams' IT services .
Create cutting-edge, practical and result-oriented marketing campaigns.
Explore recent channels, partnerships and on-ground opportunities for growth.
Work closely with leadership to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Build and eventually manage a small marketing & sales team.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Growth,



Product Marketing or Business Development.
Proven experience in product marketing and/or B2B technology sales . Someone who has been part of a product's journey from market entry to growth .
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills.
Highly creative, entrepreneurial and hands-on .
Solid execution mindset with a focus on leads, conversions and revenue .
Ability to independently build processes and eventually build a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
