Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs.
Inspect and monitor equipment to identify potential problems before they affect operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Participate in shutdown maintenance, installations, and upgrades as required.
Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Report major issues or risks to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in industrial or facility maintenance.
Valuable understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and engineering drawings.




Familiarity with tools and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of PLCs, welding, and fabrication is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills for maintenance logging/reporting.

Education & Experience:
BE/BTEC – Electrical / Electronics ;

Experience: 4– 5 Yrs
Diploma - Electrical / Electronics ;

Experience: 6– 8 Yrs
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
