Salary Range: 3 LPA to 10 LPA

Job Responsibilities
Manage and execute HVAC works for Data Center projects from planning through installation, testing, and commissioning.
Review HVAC drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQ, and technical documents.
Coordinate with electrical, civil, BMS, fire protection, and other MEP teams.
Supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, cooling towers, ducts, piping, and associated HVAC systems.
Ensure HVAC systems meet required data center cooling, redundancy, reliability, and performance requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
Review method statements, material approvals, inspection requests, and testing/commissioning documentation.
Support testing & commissioning, TAB (Testing,



Adjusting & Balancing), and performance testing.
Identify and resolve technical/site issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Data Center HVAC experience is preferred/required.
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, precision cooling, ventilation, and ducting.
Experience in large-scale MEP/EPC projects.
Valuable knowledge of HVAC drawings, AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and site coordination.
Robust project execution and vendor/contractor management skills.
Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.

Preferred Data Center Experience

Candidates with experience in Tier II, Tier III, or Tier IV Data Center projects, particularly in HVAC installation, project execution, testing, and commissioning, will be considered.
