MOM: Lead Technical Program Manager

Role Overview The requirement is for a Lead Technical Program Manager within the AI & DPE Technical Program Management organization. The selected candidate will partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives related to Agile Release Trains, enterprise release management, infrastructure modernization, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex technical programs across multiple teams.
Ensure alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones, and organizational objectives.
Strengthen PMO operations and improve release predictability.
Drive cross-functional program execution.
Support infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives.
Manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, mitigation plans, and program governance.




Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Additional Requirements
Robust technical program management background.
Experience with Agile and Protected methodologies.
Enterprise release and risk management experience.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
