Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing (travel nurses, allied healthcare specialists, etc.)
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement processes Negotiate compensation packages and contracts with candidates
Maintain accurate records in ATS systems Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
Consistently meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN,



CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with job portals (Indeed, FB, Vivian and Wanderley etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Night shift availability (as per US time zones)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with US-based healthcare staffing agencies
Familiarity with ATS tools and VMS platforms
Proven track record of successful placements
