Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, including pig iron, sand and alloys, as per specifications.
Verify chemical composition using a spectrometer.
Conduct green sand testing as per requirements.
Perform metallurgical testing of castings, including hardness, tensile and microstructure tests.
Review daily reports and communicate non-conformities.
Required Skills
Should have knowledge of metallurgical lab and sand testing lab activities.
Knowledge of IATF / ISO 9001 is preferred.
Should possess valuable communication and analytical skills.
