Role & responsibilities
Should be responsible for the execution of the Project.
Planning, Organizing, Directing and controlling all maintenance activities.
Visualize and provide direction to drive, sustain and fuel the maintenance standards
Inventory management
Selection and interaction with vendors and contractors.
Training.
Safety management.
Budgeting.
Responsible for all documentation
Liaison with the Fire Dept., UP Pollution Control Board & Electrical Safety Department
To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate with experience in similar industry preferred
