Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
Repair machinery, appliances, and other technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Respond quickly to guest complaints and maintenance requests.
Monitor utility usage and report malfunctions to management.
Assist in installation and upgrading of equipment when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
Solid technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
