Identify training needs through TNA, performance data, and business feedback.
Design and execute training programs for sales, frontline, and leadership teams.
Conduct product, process, behavioral, sales, and compliance training.
Drive current-joiner induction, upskilling, and capability-building initiatives.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Track training effectiveness, participation, feedback, and learning outcomes.
Prepare L&D; MIS, dashboards, and reports for management.
