Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead plant maintenance activities and ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and protected operation. The role will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility systems, maintenance planning, team management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day plant maintenance activities and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Breakdown Maintenance.
Monitor equipment health, reliability and maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Handle maintenance of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, pumps, boilers, HVAC and other utility systems.
Coordinate maintenance activities for EOT cranes, conveyors, blowers and associated equipment.
Conduct condition monitoring, vibration analysis and equipment inspections.
Plan and execute erection,



installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment and utilities.
Maintain and monitor fire protection and fire alarm systems.
Coordinate ETP, STP, RO, WTP and other water-treatment utility operations.
Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors and service providers for maintenance activities and projects.
Manage maintenance spares, inventory, procurement and material availability.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules, checklists and equipment history through CMMS / Maximo / SAP PM or equivalent systems.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring effective manpower utilization and shift coverage.
Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory requirements, SOPs, LOTO and secure maintenance practices.
Support internal, external and statutory audits.
Identify prospects for energy conservation, cost reduction, Kaizen and reliability improvement.
Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, EHS and other functions to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
