MANAGER ON DUTY – HOSPITAL

Krishna Hospitals, Vijayawada is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager on Duty to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day hospital operations and departmental coordination
Monitor IP admissions, discharges, bed occupancy and patient flow
Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Pharmacy, Diagnostics and Housekeeping
Monitor billing, pending bills, discharge clearances and revenue-related issues
Address patient/attendant concerns and ensure timely resolution
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and duty allocation
Ensure hospital policies, SOPs and service standards are followed
Conduct regular rounds and identify operational gaps
Coordinate emergency situations and escalate critical issues to senior management




Maintain daily operational reports and submit MIS/shift reports
Ensure proper documentation, registers and handover between shifts
Support quality improvement, patient safety and NABH-related processes

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA/MHA/Hospital Administration preferred
3–5+ years of hospital administration/operations experience
Solid leadership and communication skills
Valuable understanding of hospital billing, patient flow and departmental operations
Ability to handle staff and patient-related issues independently
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
