Manager on Duty (MOD)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.
Act as the point of contact for operational matters and emergencies during the shift.
Coordinate with clinical, nursing, front office, housekeeping, security, engineering, and other support departments.
Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, transfers, and other operational activities.
Address patient, attendant, and visitor concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Monitor housekeeping, security, facility, and other support services for effective functioning.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams,



and department heads whenever required.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare shift-related reports and incident reports.
Support implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives.
Ensure smooth handover of key operational issues to the next shift.
Take appropriate decisions within the scope of authority and escalate critical matters to senior management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
