Description:

Draft, review, negotiate and advise on the preparation of all contracts, licenses, and other legal agreements (such as NDAs).Work with internal stakeholders to increase awareness and skills in relation to contract management and legal risk, partnering with key individuals within the organization to identify potential legal issues as they arise.Expertise in handling Trademarks, IPR, Contract drafting, Recovery, Collection, NPA Management, NCLT, Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, Revenue, Consumer, Labour, NI act, Property,



SARFAESI matters. Liasoning with the police department and government agency in connection to the collection and legal matters. Expertise in Land acquisition and land matters.

Expertise in ensuring statutory compliance.Due Diligence of property, title search. Proficient in drafting, and vetting all kinds of agreements, and contracts MOU. Expertise in Liasoning and negotiation with local & statutory bodies.

Orientation and monitoring of lawyers. Adroit in giving representations before the government and taking favorable orders for the company.
