Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate the complete NOC renovation and interior project from planning to final handover.

· Ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout the project, including materials, workmanship and completed work.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, management and internal departments.

· Supervise civil, interior, partition, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture and other building works.

· Coordinate and supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, ELV and other MEP works.

· Read and understand architectural, civil, electrical and MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans.

· Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, quality, measurements and timelines.

· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day execution issues in coordination with concerned agencies.

· Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification and final handover of the renovated NOC.

· Maintain necessary drawings,



measurements, work records, warranties and project documentation.

Candidate Profile

· Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

· 5–10 years of relevant experience in building renovation, interior fit-out, MEP coordination or construction supervision.

· Experience in commercial office, NOC, data centre or technical facility projects will be an advantage.

· Robust knowledge of building interiors, space planning, MEP services and construction execution.

· Positive contractor/vendor management and coordination skills.

· Ability to independently coordinate multiple agencies and departments and drive the project to completion.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
