About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. This role offers practical exposure to commercial contracting, legal research, litigation support, and legal operations within a health-tech workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Review contracts to identify legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks and escalate key issues to the Legal Team.
Prepare contract summaries, trackers, and other legal documentation for internal stakeholders.
Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, case law, and legal developments relevant to the business.




Maintain and update the company's legal repository, including executed agreements, notices, and legal records.
Coordinate with external counsel and maintain trackers for ongoing litigation and legal matters.
Assist in compiling case-related documents, timelines, and status reports.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized institution.
Robust legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic business setting.
