Role Title: Manager, Core Tech PlatformOperations

Position Summary:
- Horizontal, non-domain operations leader who acts as a force multiplier for the MTA Core Tech Platform Org. The role owns the operating rhythm, consistency, and overall health of a 200+ person product and platform organization spanning multiple domains, and ensures that cross-cutting people, process, and program needs are met uniformly across teams that report solid-line to HQ.Role also owns tighter onboarding, hiring follow-through, and a stronger learning, engagement, and retention culture.
