Job Title: Manager – Financial Accounting

Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 12–15 Years

About the Role : Company is seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Financial Accounting to lead its financial accounting and reporting function in Mumbai. The role requires a hands-on finance skilled capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations while ensuring statutory compliance and robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities.

● Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and month-end closures.

● Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.

● Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

● Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory audits.

● Oversee accounting for projects and SPV entities, including inter-company transactions and reconciliations.

● Drive accounting controls,



process improvements and accuracy of financial records.

● Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations and Business teams on accounting and financial matters.

● Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements

● B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

● 12–15 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.

● Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.

● Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance or SPV accounting is an added advantage.

● Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
