MEP Engineer (Plumbing & Electrical)

Job Title: MEP Engineer – Plumbing & Electrical

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise plumbing and electrical works in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for Drawing preparation, site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate plumbing and electrical installation works at site.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements.
Ensure proper execution of plumbing lines, drainage, water supply, sanitary fittings, and electrical wiring.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, Prepare required Drawings for plumbing and Electrical.
Monitor subcontractor activities, manpower, material requirements, and daily work progress.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards,



and safety requirements.
Check material specifications, quantity requirements, and installation quality.
Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and maintain site records.
Identify site issues, coordinate with consultants, and resolve execution-related problems.
Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in MEP works, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical installations, MEP drawings Drafting, and site coordination.
Ability to manage subcontractors and work independently.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
