Responsibilities
Prospecting Outreach: Cold call and qualify potential prospects for our IT Staffing and Professional Services offerings.
Lead Generation: Identify, source, and pipeline high-quality leads across the domestic Mid-Market segment.
Staffing Opportunity Identification: Identify potential client staffing requirements and workforce needs, aligning them with relevant IT staffing and professional services solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective clients, staffing requirements, lead interactions, and prospects across the sales pipeline.
Business Development Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets while identifying new staffing opportunities and sharing market insights with the sales team.
Required Skills
Domestic Market Focus: Core experience in Domestic IT Staffing Services Sales (Mid-Market focus). Note: Enterprise B2B qualified services background is not applicable for this role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities with a polished professional presence.
