Handle end-to-end merchandising for Indian ethnic wear products.
Conduct market research and identify current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints and designs.
Develop recent products and collections based on market demand and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Fashion Designers, Sampling, Production, Purchase and Vendors.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing, samples and production follow-ups.
Ensure products are developed according to required quality, design, costing and delivery timelines.
Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify recent opportunities.
Manage sample development and provide feedback for required modifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for fabric, trims and other materials.
Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain proper merchandising records.
Support the team in developing commercially viable and trend-oriented ethnic wear collections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
