Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to deliver scalable web applications in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.




Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong experience with MongoDB, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
Practical experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs & API integration.
Good understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
Robust Git/version control knowledge
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Microservices architecture
Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, and/or Azure
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
