About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Accounts / Finance to manage the company’s accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in financial accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.

Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, purchase/sales accounting, receivables and payables in Tally.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in preparing MIS reports,



financial statements, budgets, and cash-flow reports.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory, and stock reconciliation.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good team-management and communication skills.

Additional Requirement
12–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Tally ERP / Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling the company's complete Accounts & Finance function.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
