Purpose/Objective

To provide complete support in setting up the green field Integrated Solar PV Cell & module manufacturing plant.

Incumbent shall also be responsible for various process developmental activities, in addition to shift wise process control/monitoring, pertaining to development and improvement of Cell efficiency and quality of product.

Adherence to Annual Business Plan Cost Reduction Projects Organization & Team Building Innovation Focus Inventory Management Team Orientation Employee Development Stakeholder Partnering Transformation Focus Outcome Orientation Understanding Safety & Quality Standards Coordinate with all departments as per management requirements Ensure proper training in line with TNI (5 man-days) Build and develop a robust team with proper hierarchy Ensure no production loss and smooth handover to production Secure work practices towards Zero Accident culture
