About the Role

At Duple IT Solutions, we are building scalable, AI-driven digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer who goes beyond coding and takes complete ownership of projects—from understanding client requirements to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js / Next.js
Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js
Work with databases like MongoDB and MySQL
Design and integrate REST APIs and WebSockets
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Manage end-to-end project delivery and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements




Solid hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and OOP concepts
Experience with Next.js or Nest.js (preferred)
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand and work on business requirements independently

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with React Native
Familiarity with Git, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Prior client handling experience

Additional Information
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Mohali / Chandigarh region only
Work Mode: Onsite

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
