We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack & Next.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in building up-to-date, scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

You will work on real-world projects and be involved in the complete development lifecycle, including frontend development, backend APIs, database management, third-party integrations, debugging, deployment, security, performance optimization, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize up-to-date web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

Develop scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Work with Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, API Routes, Server Components, and performance optimization.

Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases,



including schemas, queries, indexing, and database performance.

Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and external services.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, JWT, role-based access control, and other security best practices.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.

Debug and resolve frontend, backend, database, API, and production-related issues.

Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.

Use Git and version control workflows effectively while working with multiple developers.

Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, and other team members.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application architecture and development standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
