We are seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR operations and people initiatives for a large frontline workforce in a rapid-paced logistics, warehousing, and supply chain workplace.

The role will partner closely with Business and Operations leaders to lead workforce planning, high-volume hiring, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for frontline and blue-collar employees.
Partner with Operations teams on workforce planning, hiring, and manpower deployment.
Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and employee connect programs.
Handle employee grievances, employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance requirements.
Monitor key workforce metrics including attendance, absenteeism, attrition,



productivity, and workforce utilization.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.

Your Profile
6 to 10+ years of HRBP experience.
Experience managing a workforce of 250+ employees.
Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
Background in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, quick commerce, manufacturing, or other high-volume operational settings.
Strong stakeholder management and HR analytics skills.
Experience with industrial relations and large-scale hiring will be an advantage.
