Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

6 to 9 years of experience in AutoCAD design, preferably within the Retail Interior Design industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead/Managerial role managing CAD designers.

Robust hands-on expertise in AutoCAD 2D drawing is mandatory.

Experience in retail interior projects, particularly Hi-Street and Mall stores.

Robust understanding of interior design, retail space planning, floor plans, and buildable drawings.

Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with architects, project managers, vendors, and site execution teams.

Knowledge of building codes, design standards, and project specifications.
Experience with 3D/rendering or other design software will be an added advantage.
