Role Description The Growth & Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, including process improvement, workflow coordination, and performance tracking across Evervie’s specialty care initiatives. The Associate will help analyze operational data, identify growth opportunities, and assist in implementing current strategies and initiatives.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and business teams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and partners.



The role also involves contributing to project plans, documenting operational processes, and supporting cross-functional efforts to optimize efficiency and scale impact.

Qualifications
Strong Operations skills, including process management, coordination, and execution in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities to build trust with internal teams, partners, and patients.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making for growth and efficiency.
Clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across clinical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, economics, or a related field.
Comfort with using spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis tools;

experience with CRM or operations software is a plus.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, or operations-focused roles is preferred but not required.
