Role & responsibilities
The responsibility shall lead the productivity improvement projects at the plant relating to the function:
Timely maintenance and upkeep of the plant machinery, equipment, appliances and utilities
Reduction in energy cost (Fuel and Power ratio)
Reduction in Accidents
Support autonomous maintenance initiatives
Improve plant safety and workplace
Applicant should have responsible for preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance, fault finding, RCA, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR etc.
Applicant should well aware of ISO norms, document preparation etc. Should have positive knowledge in compliance norms.
Should have valuable exposure to various fire & safety processes.
Co-ordination/collaborate skill within plant on various issue in-terms of load manage, equipment manages and safety.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate working / worked in Tyre Industry with Minimum 12 to 15 Years Experience.
Should have sound Knowledge of Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation
