Key purpose of the Job

The Manager - Quality Assurance heads the quality function in the factory. The role holder is responsible to ensure merchandise manufactured is as per quality standards of the customers and to rectify and resolve escalated quality issues. Additionally, the role holder works on special projects for quality improvement activities. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to achieve set targets and implement defined quality objectives for the factory




Drive achievement of targets for the respective plant by resolving quality issues to ensure adherence to set quality standards and process
Implement projects, initiatives for quality delivery and improvement of the factory
Responsible for managing quality team

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Statistics or a related filed

Experience

10+ years of experience in quality function and should possess a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
