Position: Channel Sales
Experience: 5+ Years (Real Estate)
CTC: ₹15 LPA + Variables
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with channel partners.
Generate sales through channel partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle lead follow-ups and ensure timely conversions.
Conduct regular meetings with brokers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure of deals.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Experience in channel sales/partner management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive knowledge of the real estate market.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
