Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads,

and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness

and lead generation.
Coordinate content creation for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms,

and marketing collateral.
Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and

audience engagement.
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and

promotional activities.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with

actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Design, and Business

Development, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Support SEO, SEM,



paid advertising, and other digital marketing activities to improve

campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify current

marketing opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related

field.
3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing,

SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media

insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate content and

campaigns effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools is an advantage.
Solid organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
