Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor (In-Office)

Outright Creators is looking for a high-energy Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative hub in Hyderabad . If you are a wizard with keyframes, a master of pacing, and someone who knows exactly what makes a Reel or TikTok go viral, we want you in our studio.

Note: This is a strictly in-office position . We believe the best creative collaboration happens in person, and we’re looking for someone ready to dive into our office culture.

What You’ll Do
Motion Graphics: Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects .
Video Editing: Edit sleek, professional video content for social media and brand campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro .
Social Media Strategy: Create and post content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, staying ahead of current trends and platform algorithms.
Content Ownership: Take raw concepts and turn them into finished, "scroll-stopping" visual stories.
Collaboration:



Work side-by-side with our marketing and sales teams to align visual content with business goals.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro . Familiarity with the rest of the Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) is preferred.
Editing Pacing: A robust portfolio showing you understand rhythm, sound design, and visual storytelling.
Social Native: You understand aspect ratios, safe zones, and the specific nuances of different social platforms.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad for daily office attendance.
