Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing activities and expand our market presence. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field, engaging with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular market visits (80%) to dealers, distributors, printers, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
Promote company products including various grades of paper (printing paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, etc.).
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals.




Monitor stock availability at dealer points and ensure proper product visibility.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly field reports and feedback.
Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

Requirements
Graduate from any stream. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
2+ years of experience in marketing.
Open to travel extensively (80% field work is mandatory.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel/PPT.
Valid Driving License.
Own conveyance is must.
